Im-Pres LLC is currently seeking quality property preservation vendors, general handymen, and independent contractors to inspect and maintain vacant bank-owned properties.

We work as a team and use effective communication to drive results. Our success is dependent on our field crews and we pride ourselves with having one of the best support systems in the industry including an assigned Territory Manager, weekly pay, material purchasing, and complete transparency. No unjustified chargebacks which means you will be paid what you are owed.

Duties include completing the requested items on a work order to our client's standards and taking complete and detailed photos documenting all work performed. Must have knowledge of all working components of a home in order to assess and report all damages present. Ability to adhere to specific turnaround times with great communication to our office staff is a must. Must be able to read and follow instructions to ensure that we are maximizing a property's potential and turning over a quality job to our clients.

In order to receive work from us, you must have your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smartphone, and supplies that include bank coded locks, padlocks, hasps, lockboxes, materials, etc.

Requirements:
- To receive work from us you must have your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone
- Must be able to pass background check or provide your existing Aspen Grove number if already obtained.
- Must be able to read and follow instructions and self-manage.
