The City of Moss Point is issuing a 🚰 Boil Water Notice for the following streets:

📍 Max Street
📍 Coleen Street
📍 Katie Street

The water main leak has been repaired. However, the boil water notice will remain in effect until further notice.

Residents in the affected areas should bring tap water to a full rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, preparing beverages, making ice, or brushing teeth. Allow the water to cool before use. Bottled water may also be used.

We will notify residents when the notice has been lifted. Please share this information with anyone who may be affected.

A blue tape inspection is your chance to take a fine-tooth comb through your brand-new home before you officially move in. Walk through every room and mark anything that’s off — think scuffs, scratches, paint drips, uneven trim, misaligned cabinets, or even little things like a door that doesn’t close perfectly.

It’s not about fear — it’s about making sure your home is exactly how you imagined it. Each piece of tape is basically your way of communicating clearly with the builder so they can fix it before you move in. The more thorough you are, the smoother your move-in, and the more peace of mind you get knowing your new home is truly move-in ready.

Blue tape is your best friend — tape everything, check everything, and enjoy your new home exactly the way it should be!
