Hi All, Just up here hanging at the lake, watching the ice fishing and cross country skiers and thinking …..Summer will be here before we know it!

So we are offically starting to take rental requests for the 2024 season open June 1 thru October 14th.

2 rooms with Queen beds, 1 bunk room with 4 twins and a daybed/king conversion. Perfect for 2 families to share.

Directly on the water!

Comes with Kayaks and other water toys and a spot to dock a boat if you bring or rent one locally. Located in Moultonborough NH on Lake Kanasatka, close to every lake region convience. Great activities, restaurants, etc or just hang at the house, on the lake, all week. Reach out if you are interested in rates or any other details!!

Beautiful Day in Moultonborough Yesterday. Mike, James and I finished staining the lattice under the porch , just in time for the hydrangeas to open up. Mike and Celia created a pretty garden area around it nad Myah and her friend Alex gave the lawn furniture a fresh look with some pretty blue paint. Really feels great when we pull up! This reminded me there is still 1 week open for rent 8/12-8/19, message me if interested in details.

Just shifted some plans and two weeks in Aug are available. Message if you what some info. Under two hours away, close to everything, but once you are there you can feel like you are totally unplugged. ( not to say their isn’t WiFi and a TV😂)

I am loving this new cute shop in Center Harbor up the street from our cottage. This picture doesn’t even show a fraction of all the fantastic treats inside. Vintage and New clothes, Homewares, jewelry , shoes …super eclectic.!! Bohemian Home

Lots of new treasures, including these stunning wall hangings from Madagascar, that are all made by hand with beautiful wild silk cocoons, come check em out in person 😊

Think Ahead to to the peace and serenity of relaxing by the lake:). Spring, summer, fall and winter, there is something to do here! We wanted to offer it up to friends and family before the vacation rental agency started its thing. We currently have 4 summer weeks filled and the rest is up for grabs! Reach out with the time frame you were thinking and we can let you know the rate and any other info you need!!

The boat came out of the lake and It is officially fall at the cottage!
But just as serene and enjoyable as always. Still renting for leaf peeping, winter…Skating/ hiking/ skiing and of course you can lock in your spot for next summer. Message me with a date you are interested and I will get right back to you with rates and availability

Things are looking great at the lake! The whole family got out on the water last weekend. Met the lovely neighbors. Drank coffee while listening to the loons and wine while watching the sun set! The furnishings are in, the second 1/2 bath added and we have given in and purchased AC’s 😂. We have a few weeks of rental still available. Reach out if you are interested or have questions.

Hi Friends! The Willis family has made the jump… We now have a great summer cottage in Moultonborough, NH. It is directly on Lake Kanasatka, and sleeps 10. It is in the heart of the lakes region, so has access to all that entails. 10 min to Meredith, 3 min from Center harbor, 0 min to peace, relaxation and summer fun! 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bunk room with 6 twin beds. Perfect for 2 families to share. We posted a few pictures, but we are fast and furiously updating... Fresh paint, all new beds and furniture.
There are many kayaks, a swimming dock and multiple other lake toys.
We are only opening it up to friends and family this year. So offering at $2000 plus linens and cleaning fee. Happy to have Fido come along, with a security deposit.
