🏡❤️ WELCOME HOME! ❤️🏡

Some closings are special... and some remind you exactly why you love what you do.

A few weeks ago, I received a call from a gentleman who grew up right here in our hometown. Years ago, life took him to Arizona, where he has been lovingly caring for his mother. But his heart never left New Hampshire.

His dream was simple: come home.

His brother, who still lives here, gave him my name, and together we began the home search from over 2,500 miles away. Through a couple video tours, phone calls, and a whole lot of trust, we found the perfect home. He made an offer, it was accepted, and before we knew it, he was packing up an entire lifetime in Arizona.

A few short weeks later, he loaded his amazing 89-year-old mom—his beloved "Meme"—onto a plane, shipped everything they owned across the country, and headed!

And today... they're HOME. ❤️

The relief, joy, and emotion at this closing were something I'll never forget. Honestly, the sigh of relief could probably be heard all the way back in Arizona! 😂
