Hey Big Lakers!
We want to take the opportunity to wish you Happy Holidays and recap our amazing 2025 Fundriser season!! Here is a look at the activities that were put on and the benefit of each! We would like to thank every single one of you who donated auction items, food, time, talents and money to make all of these events possible. We couldn’t do it without you!
The 2025 season kicked off on May, 17th with Wheels for Water UTV poker run! It was organized, ran by Local Big Lakers (outside of the BLIA) and sponsored by other local Lakers and local busineses to benefit 100% of the proceeds back to directly to the BLIA pump fund! Thank you to the "Fullmoon Campground clan" for a great kick off to 2025 with raising $7,365.00!
The BLIA held a Boaters Safety Course on June 28th for any who wanted to attend. Although this was not a fundraiser event, but it was important to us to support our community and boater safety!
Thank you for a great year. We have new big things to come in 2026 so be sure to watch our FB page and website for events!

A donated, signed Mahomes Jersey raffle!! Raffle tickets were sold at each event to draw at the end of the season during Oktoberfest to in the signed jersey. Winner was Ken McClure!

Fall fish stocking event November 7, 2025:
IN ONE WEEK, $7,750.00 was raised by Big Lake residents to add to the $3,000.00 BLIA had to order fish. We were able to purchase a WHOPPING $10,750.00 worth of fish to begin stocking the lake!!! GO BIG LAKE!
We only have $19,830 left on pump! Huge thank you again to our amazing community and supporters. Happy Holidays and we’ll see you in 2026!
