Another one CLOSED 🙌

This one had its fair share of challenges — listed back in June, went under contract once (and fell through), then finally secured a second buyer. From there, we navigated multiple liens and worked through some complex hurdles to get everything cleared.

With strong communication and teamwork between the buyer’s agent and myself, we made it happen — and got it to the closing table 👏
