Do you guys remember piZap? Back when I was 13 and had no business of needing a Facebook, I didn’t realize I was truly working on my marketing skills.

Football is here, fall is around the corner, and all of our local festivals are happening! 🍂🏈🎃

I don’t want to bore you with the typical “SOLD” posts I’ve been sharing, because honestly… I’ve been busy enjoying our community, too.

My hometown just had their 2026 Homecoming Parade, and my little guy absolutely LOVED it. This Saturday, you’ll find us at Autumn on the Avenue!

And no, this doesn’t mean I’m not a busy Realtor! 😉 Staying involved, knowing what’s happening, and being a part of the community I serve is a big part of the job, too.

Take the kiddos, make some memories, and check that Facebook Events tab often. There is always something going on around here.

Fall is my favorite, and I don’t plan on missing a minute of it. 🍁

Another closing in the books! 🔑🩷

This one looked a little different, I represented the sellers without having to put the home on the market. I helped guide them through the process, negotiate on their behalf, handle the paperwork, and get everything across the finish line!

A little reminder that hiring a Realtor doesn’t always mean a huge listing process or a high negotiated commission. Sometimes it’s a simple flat fee, a buyer you already know, and having someone in your corner to make sure everything is handled correctly.

Every transaction looks a little different and that’s okay! I’m here for it all.

I constantly hear “These young agents don’t even go to the office anymore”.

True, to a point. I absolutely go to the office for meetings, paperwork, etc.
For some reason older agents just hate to hear when a young agent can be successful from home. I personally don’t have expensive leads, I don’t sit by the office phone and pick up any lead that calls in. I do my best from home. I make cold calls, stay on top of social media pages, keep in touch with my community around me, I always have my ears open with fellow neighbors/friends/family.

I do my best work in cheetah print pajamas, munching on strawberries while watching my baby nap. Don’t worry, I’m sure I’ll be working a deal with you soon. Stay in the office, I’ll be here. 😉🍓

Listen. I absolutely love seeing a realtor in heels and giving it her all. Most of the time, this is me: a basic white boxy tee, the longest pair of shorts I have, and some simple, cute slides.

Real estate is a “drop everything” kind of schedule. If there’s an hour to spare, I’ll fit you in. Today, I traveled across state lines, went from basic errands to doctor’s appointments, then headed back home to grab paperwork for a listing appointment and an evening showing right after.

It’s not always glamorous with lipstick and heels. Most of the time, it’s the boxy tee and cute slides. 🤍🏡
