Another 🏠 off the market to an amazing first time home buyer couple !

We went on 2 days of showings !

It’s ok to pick one of your first few favorites! ⭐️

The husband swore he would never buy a townhome and now here we are 🤣😎 he’s happy as could be!

Thankful for amazing clients ! Took these clients out to see 10 properties in 2 days because they were eager to find a new home and get under contract asap! They found a few they liked and we won them one of their favorites last week!

It’s been a busy week!
•2 houses under contract•
& 5 very happy people!

🏠I was able to assist my clients who were looking for a townhome in Frederick secure a deal and we won going up against another offer and they didn’t even have to give up an inspection! We only went out shopping 2 days and wasted no time viewing as many properties as we could to ensure we got them under contract in a timely manner!

🏠Another client needed to sell his house and during the prepping process we found out we had to move quicker than we thought! I was able to lock in a deal for my client in less than 48 hours on the market and received multiple offers.

God is good and I am thankful for many answered prayers this week! Also thankful for amazing clients who entrust me with such a big decision! It will never get old seeing the smiles on my clients faces !!! I love what I do !

Buying new pillows each time you change furniture can become costly. The next time you need new pillows, consider purchasing pillow covers. They easily fit over existing throw pillows and spruce up any room.
