Before the county is able to conduct the necessary percolation test, a site plan is required to be provided to the county. This is often the stipulation of corresponding county departments and usually is handled/designed by a licensed surveyor hired by the landowner. Many of the contestants provided good answers! The majority overwhelmingly chose "percolation test" as the first step necessary for building a house on completely raw land. The key word in this question was "necessary". One may perform their own independent percolation test prior to county involvement if they wish to determine whether it is even worth spending large money on a site plan. This is commonly referred to as a "preliminary percolation test". However, a "pre-perc" is not necessary; therefore, site plan is the correct answer to this question.

The maximum amount of funding assistance a home buyer may receive towards their closing costs is a whopping 6% of the sale price when selecting a conventional loan with 10-24.99% in down payment! In addition, a seller paying 100% of the transfer and recordation taxes effectively raises that maximum limit!! Congratulations to everyone who answered "D" and "A", because if you did, you were RIGHT!!!

Ok! That last round seemed more like a split decision for the extra credit, with nearly half of the room voting to file a request with the state that does not even exist (I made it up)... Gotcha!! All-in-all, great job though.

For those who answered, another perfect score! Well done. After entering a contract a sale on existing construction, it is generally optimal to employ the services of a state-certified water quality laboratory to examine well water quality. Why, you may ask? Often times water treatment services/suppliers have to do the same eventually. By working directly with the lab, this can potentially save you money for the inspection depending on what your specific needs may be!

Ok, so it looks like Kara Peace missed the last question and slid all the way from 2nd to 7th place in a single day. Talk about OUCH!! I can feel that pain myself a little. It's ok, Kara! Talk about competition! This is incredible. Eric Botello is on fire!!! No, literally. You're on fire, Eric! Someone help him? The rest of you are chugging right along as well! Kara Peace advances again, but this time Shannon Vane stays put along with Ben Seher. It looks like Nick Myers and Ryan Mauler wanted to give Shannon a run for her money though as they seem to have clawed their way up from the trenches matching her score. Three brave new contenders have also stepped up to the plate last round - let's hear it for Jessica DeLoriea, Lauren Botello, and Andrew Englar!

You can expect to include a loan pre-approval letter with an offer submission - WOW!! A perfect score across the board this time for all contestants. A complete reversal from the results of last round. Right now the competition is neck and neck! Eric Botello, Kara Peace , and Shannon Vane are leading very strongly while newcomer Ben Seher manages to tie Ryan Mauler and Nick Myers. Could this competition get ANY closer?!
