Congratulations to the sweetest buyers in getting this under contract today!! We looked at it about a month ago and their offer was declined. It sat on the market for a little while longer, the seller reduced the price, so we made another offer and it was accepted! This must be meant for them!

There's a running joke in real estate: if you're not busy, go on vacation 😂. This was so true this weekend, but we made it happen and got two properties under contract while at the beach to do photos for my daughter and son in law's baby announcement!
