It’s usually a picture of an agent holding up 1-10 fingers and then 1-10 individual photos after that showing the houses they have pending

Well around here, we sell too many homes for our clients in this “slow market” that social media wouldn’t allow us to upload all 17 that we have pending right now, let alone all of our active listings!

In the real estate industry folks seem to take themselves amongst many other things too seriously and over complicate the business…

There is so much fighting amongst organizations and brokerages, so much falsetto and pretentiousness, and so much disingenuousness

We thought about that for a while and said you know what… What if we just kept things simple, what if we truly only cared about the clients, and what if we brought real estate back to an elementary level…

It can be as simple as that. We sell houses and help our clients buy them. We sell more houses than anybody else in the Carolinas (at least we did in 2025). We think the concept of truly helping people is so easy that a 2nd grader can do it.

For those reasons, we commissioned our oldest daughter Lydia (7 years old) to draft a new logo for our firm showing that sometimes, we don’t have to all look and be the same
