I observed trim in close contact with the roofing. This does not allow proper drainage and can cause premature failure of the trim. Recommend clearance at these areas is 1/2-3/4 inch. Recommend trimming or replacement.

Though the crawlspace was a comfortable 72 degrees on a hot day, this would add significant cost to the electrical bill. Whether you are selling your home or not, this is a good example of the importance of Home Maintenance Inspections.

Excerpt from the Inspection Report;
"I observed indications of damage at the ductwork. Main trunk line was partially disconnected. This was near the furnace. This greatly reduces the efficiency of the HVAC system. Recommend reconnecting and properly sealing".
