I met these buyers almost a year ago at an open house. At the time, they didn’t have a real estate agent, so they were spending their weekends going from open house to open house, hoping to find the right home.

Eventually, we signed a buyer agency agreement and started the search together (and we ‘ve since become friends along the way 😄)

Our journey together hasn’t always been easy. Mike found me online back in February, and was interviewing a few agents to list his beautiful home in Byram. He hired me, and I earned a friend along the way. Their open house caused a traffic jam, and they received $80,000 over their asking price 🤯 We reviewed all offers on Cinco de Mayo, where they invited me over for tacos (I brought the margarita mix and tequila, obviously). About two months ago, this seller called my office because he wanted to interview me to sell his home.
