Here is another 3bed/2ba 1620 sq/ft home on a basement that we recently did. It has a credenza as you enter the foyer that opens into the kitchen/dining/ living room areas. Lots of storage with a huge pantry, master closet and linens in both baths and a drop zone for the kids in the utility room. 😊

It was another busy day yesterday! This 3 bed/2bath family home has 1440 sq/ft of living space plus a 2 car garage attached! We were able to customize a smaller floorplan adding additional square footage to be just what this family was looking for. The open floorplan is perfect for entertaining family and friends and look at that huge island in the kitchen! Not only perfect for food prep but has lots of storage! Plus the kitchen has another surprise. Is that a pantry? 😳. Yep, lots of storage with closetmaid shelving for all the things. 😊. They even have a little drop zone as you come in from the garage. A perfect place for the kiddos to kick off their shoes or hang up their backpacks. We have so enjoyed working with this sweet family designing their new home and are grateful that they chose us.

What a stunning day it was today setting this beautiful home for it’s family of 6. While we were alittle outside our normal range, we were meant to be a small part of their story and we are blessed for it. Relocating back to family property they knew just what they wanted. We were able to customize one of our standard plans giving them 2,040 sq/ft, 3 beds/21/2 baths on a full basement and I’m obsessed. The open layout will allow them plenty of space for entertaining family and friends, a jack and jill bath for the kids, a 1/2 bath for guest, and tons of storage! Here is a little peek of their new home. 👀
