Christmas 2005 we bought an H3 Hummer. It was a baby Hummer. It was such a fun experience all the years we owned it! Funny, funny stories accompanied this rig. It was a great vehicle for showing property, especially farms and vacant land. It was the first time in our married lives that my Dad, Marvin Moltmann, didn't pick out our vehicle for us! He had previously owned a car dealership and we got really good deals when we went along with Dad's ideas! That's what that baby blue Falcon station wagon was about that we drove in the 70's! 🙂

We are happy to report that all our walk up loft style apartment rentals remain fully rented. We have the best tenants who remain with us for many years. We are blessed to be located in downtown Mt Carroll IL across the street from our beautiful, historic Carroll County Courthouse Square.
