Are you a FSBO trying to market your own property? Let me ask you a question. If a real estate agent had a buyer for your home and was asking 3% commission would you say yes? If you would then please hear me out. My company charges only 1% to list your home. Assuming you would be willing to offer a 2% commission to the buyer’s agent the total would only be 3%. For that you get full representation from an experienced broker, listing in the MLS and many other places, coordination with other agents when showing your home and I will guide you through the whole closing process. Please check out our premiere program which is 1% Listings. You can save serious money when you list your home with us. Through our program we only charge a 1% listing commission when you list with us. You then decide the amount of commission you are willing to pay to a selling agent. WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY MORE THAN 1% TO LIST THEIR HOME! It is like putting a match to part of your equity. This is money you can use for your next home purchase or as you want.

Assuming you decided to pay 2.5% to a selling agent would makes your total commission only 3.5%. Based on a typical 6% commission charged by other agents you would save $10,000 on the sale of a home priced at $400,000. We do this by passing our savings on overhead directly to you. There is no middle man with us. I am the broker so I am not sharing my commission with anyone. I also do not pay Realtor.com or Zillow.com any referral fees.
