Good news for buyers, bad news for sellers ... The market is showing strong signs of NORMALIZING.

Although prices rose high in June, there was tangible evidence that higher mortgage rates and inflation are pumping the brakes on the wild ride Central Florida's housing market has taken over the last 2 years.

Active listings increased by 36% giving buyers more options. Inventory is up.

Closed & Pending sales and list prices all have started dropping.

Sellers need to really take the advice of their Agent and price strategically for this market. We're still in a strong Seller's market and prices remain high, for now.
