Here’s the reality: The biggest challenge in today’s real estate market isn’t interest rates hovering between 6% and 8% these last few years—it’s the fact that home sale prices are still inflated.

📉 When interest rates drop below 6%, demand will skyrocket. When that happens, home prices will soar again, just like they did before.

If you don’t believe me, look at the numbers:
🕒 Average Days on Market are now 60–90 days. A few years ago, when rates were in the 3%–5% range, homes went pending in less than 2 weeks. This drove sale prices through the roof as buyers competed in bidding wars.

Today, the story is different:

✔️ Sellers are more willing to negotiate on price, repairs, and closing costs.

We’re in a sweet spot right now:
