Market Snapshot: April 5–11, 2026

Compared to the same week last year, the tri-county market remains active as we move further into the spring season. Inventory levels were slightly lower year over year across Lake, Marion, and Sumter Counties, while pending activity held relatively steady. Closed sales were also slightly down compared to last year, reflecting a market that is still active but more balanced.

For sellers, consistent pending activity shows that buyers are still engaged and ready to act on well-priced homes. For buyers, slightly lower inventory means it’s important to stay proactive as competition continues to build through the spring season.
