Here I used furniture our client already had. With furniture repositioning and some lake elements added, we created a fresh cottage feel inspired by the yellow cabinet. Job completed in one afternoon!

Closets matter too! If you can't empty your closet before you sell your home, at least set out some of your in-season clothing and pack away the out-of-season clothes. Neat and tidy is the key. Try to keep items in boxes or baskets up high and not on the floor. Candlewood Lake closet remake. 😉
