One of my FAVORITE kinds of mail to send out? **Referral checks!** 💌💰
This one is headed to a Realtor who trusted Income Properties, Inc. with one of their clients—and I would LOVE to send out a whole lot more of these.
So, Realtors, mortgage bankers, family law attorneys, financial advisors—and really anyone who knows a homeowner who could use our help—**we are looking for great homeowner referrals!**
Maybe you know someone who is:

🏡 Considering purchasing their first rental property
🏡 Moving but not quite ready to sell

Have a client who wants to manage the property themselves? We can help there too! We can market the property, handle showings and tenant screening, place a great tenant, and then hand the management back to the homeowner—and **there’s a referral fee for that too.**
