🏡 100 HOMES CLOSED IN 2026! 🥂
Today, Move Up Home Group officially closed our 100th home of the year — and this one means a lot. 🖤
Last year, reaching 100 families was a stretch goal for us. This year, we set our sights even higher with a goal of serving 150 families in 2026… and today is proof that we are well on our way.
Behind every one of those 100 closings is a family who trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. To our clients: THANK YOU. Your trust, referrals, reviews, and continued support are the reason we get to do what we do every day.
And a huge amount of appreciation goes to our President, Christian, whose vision, leadership, and constant drive to raise the standard continue to push this team forward. The goals may be big, but he never stops believing in what this team is capable of.
To our incredible agents and staff — this milestone belongs to all of you. The early mornings, late nights, phone calls, appointments, negotiations, follow-ups, problem solving, and countless things that happen behind the scenes are what made 100 possible.

40% of our closings last year happened in Q4. If history tells us anything, there’s a whole lot more to come.
