Payne Property Group

Payne Property Group was started from sheer passion and a desire to help others. My previous 7 years in the insurance industry allowed me to see the many sides of a real estate transaction and understand exactly what pieces need to be in place for a successful and timely closing. I have always had a passion for real estate, and after many years of praying and dreaming, I decided to follow my heart and God’s plan for me to become a Realtor ® .

With hard work, passion, and a ton of drive, I have seen great success in my first 2 years in business - closing over $5MM in total volume from Feb 2018 to Feb 2020 and earning both Silver and GOLD awards for sales. However, that is not my pillar of success. My most prized accomplishment as a Realtor ® is that I was able to help 25 families buy and / or sell a home while making friends for life in the process. I am constantly surrounded by great people who love to work together to make dreams come true!
