I ended up buying a new build home, and Pat and Joe would stop by the home to check on the progress and give me updates. They made a list of during walkthrough of everything that needed touch up or repair, and followed up with the construction manager on my behalf. They were still chasing up final repair items for me even after closing, since I was trying to pack and move.
