🚗💙 Giving Back, One Ride at a Time

I’m proud to volunteer as a driver for an incredible nonprofit right here in our community — Wilson Rides Inc.

Many of our neighbors, especially seniors or those with medical conditions, can no longer drive. But they still need to get to doctor appointments, pharmacies, grocery stores, and even the hairdresser. Wilson Rides helps make that possible by offering safe, reliable transportation at a significantly reduced rate.

Today kicks off the 65 Hours of Giving campaign — and if you feel moved to support a mission that truly makes a difference, please check out the donation link below. Every bit helps keep our neighbors connected and independent.

Whether you give, drive, or simply help spread the word — thank you! Check the comments below for details!

I spent Saturday morning at the Mt. Juliet Farmer's Market at Charlie Daniels Park. There are so many amazing vendors there that represent what it means to be “American Made!”

We live in a world of modern-day miracles. But no matter how efficient things get, I believe you still have to work hard for what you want. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of working “smarter” when I can. But more often than not, I’ve found that “smart work” still requires hard work, too.

You still have to earn your blisters. Whether that’s from behind a computer screen, neck-deep in a greasy toolbox, or pulling weeds in a field so the crops will succeed.

After all, “American Made” isn’t just about where something is produced…but HOW something is produced.

It’s about having something worth fighting for.

It’s about making it through the hard times so you can appreciate the good ones.

It's recognizing that what you do today can make tomorrow better.

That’s why I’m thankful for folks here in Wilson County who aren’t afraid to work hard and get their hands dirty.

It’s our small business owners, our church congregations, our schools, and our community programs that make Mt. Juliet a great place to live.

No matter how "high-tech" we get…that’s hard work. And it’s worth it.

Shoutout to Jammy Farms. Their local produce, meats, honey and salsa are top notch. Also, thanks to Laurel Mountain Farm for the baked goods, especially the sourdough bread. And let me give some love to the Faithful Cookie Co. and Rockin Jerky Jonathan Martin & Co.

Thank you, to everyone at the Mt. Juliet Farmers’ Market for the reminder that American Made is the best..

P.S. The Farmers’ Market takes place every Saturday from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm May through October! I hope to see you there!

“Hey, Greg, do you charge a higher commission than other agents?”

I've had a few people text me the same question in the last month, so I figured I'd just publicly answer it here: NO.

The reason people have asked (even some friends lol) is they’ve noticed I invest a lot more into marketing than the average agent does. That’s one reason you’re reading this post. I paid to promote it! And I take that same mentality with my listings. I invest A LOT of money into promoting my listings (literally thousands of dollars a month in social media ads), so they get as much exposure as possible.

Do I charge my clients extra for this? NO.

I eat the cost of the marketing.

But it means my listings will get more exposure than other listings. And therefore, in the long run, I get more referrals from happy clients.

Win-win. 💪
