Fascinating stats here. The market is stabilizing with more listings but fewer sold, so the supply is better keeping up with demand.

But the average home price is still going up? FASCINATING.

Lower interest rates may be contributing to this—buyers have more spending power when interest rates are lower.

Real estate is still a great investment tool. Prices are going up even though the economy is dipping. Get in the game, folks!
