In 2015, I met a family searching for their first home in Mt.Juliet. We found a home that met their needs at the time, and a few years later, I helped them buy their perfect place—a beautiful home built by the amazing custom home builders, Stillwater Construction. Seven years after that, I had the honor of helping their son purchase his first home. And yesterday, we closed on the sale of their second home—the one I helped them buy years ago.

Elena and her family have meant so much to me and to this community. As the warm, welcoming face of Oishi, she made every guest feel like family. While many were heartbroken to see their restaurant close, don’t worry—Elena and her husband are excited about their next chapter! They’ve moved to St. Louis to work with family at their Asian market and are embracing this new adventure. Their long-term dream is to retire back in New York, where she grew up. And in the meantime, she’s insisting I get my real estate license in New York so I can help them find a home there 🫢
