Busy Property Management company looking to network and establish a working relationship with multi skilled workers.
The qualified candidate(s) should have a working knowledge of residential electrical/ plumbing (minor).
Skilled knowledge of all the various components of residential property repairs and troubleshooting to aid repair.
Including but not limited to:
Painting, drywall, grout work, tile, laminate flooring, windows, siding, back ups, fixture installation and turn over procedures.
Candidate(s) should have moderate to strong technological skills or be trainable in that area.
*We provide procedure training*
Must be able to work alone as well as have strong communication with an administrative team.
Periodically you will be required to meet with township/county inspectors.
Ideal candidate(s) will have their own tools, own truck, and be local to Camden County, Burlington County, and Gloucester County.
Must be flexible to changes in schedules and responsive to emergencies and re-prioritization.
Must be open to constructive criticism and a crucial part of revaluation and re-tasking.
Must have the ability to discuss, write, and provide updates to work orders within our mobile platform.
Must have great communication skills and ability to maintain transparent constant contact with office support staff
Must be reliable.
