Evan grew up in Mt. Lebanon, spent 18 years building a career in Los Angeles, and has come full circle — back to the South Hills neighborhood he's always called home. Now a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Evan brings a unique blend of deep local roots and big-city perspective to help clients buy and sell in Mt. Lebanon and the surrounding South Hills communities. His prior career in commercial finance, most recently lending to healthcare organizations, gives him an analytical edge that clients appreciate when navigating offers, negotiations, and the finer points of a transaction. Outside of work, Evan stays active through running and hiking, has recently taken up scuba diving, and loves to travel — a curiosity and adventurousness that carries right into how he approaches his work with clients.
