Latinas Network of Roanoke, Virginia, started with a simple idea: create a space where Latina women could engage in business, develop professionally and have greater visibility and representation in professional and civic spaces.

Since 2020, that idea has grown into a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, professionals and allies. Through monthly networking events, leadership programming, educational workshops and cultural initiatives, the nonprofit helps women build relationships, share resources, grow professionally and create opportunities for the next generation of Latina leaders in Southwest Virginia.

🏡 Another project brought to life!

This one started back in 2024, when I identified a unique opportunity: a home that was only about one-third finished, with a seller looking for the right investor/builder to take it across the finish line.

I recognized the potential, evaluated the opportunity, and connected the property with a buyer who had the experience and vision to complete the project.

And let me tell you… this one was NOT easy. 😂 There were plenty of hurdles, delays, and flaming hoops to jump through. But my investor stayed the course, worked through every obstacle, and eventually transformed the property into the finished home we knew it could become.

I began marketing it nearly a year ago, and after a long road, we finally found the RIGHT buyers — a family who I truly believe will love this home and make wonderful memories here for years to come.

For me, this is one of the best parts of real estate: seeing an opportunity others may overlook, connecting the right people, solving problems along the way, and creating value from start to finish.
