South Carolina has made the list of top five golf destinations IN THE WORLD and the best in the country for 2023, according to the International Association of Golf Travel Operators. It’s the only state to make that list sharing the recognition with Cyprus, Dubai, Los Cabos and Thailand. The Palmetto State is home to more than 350 golf courses.

💰Collect assets for a living. But where do you start?

Real estate is a smart way for the rich to park their money and grow wealth.
BUT if your goal is quick and high cash flow, and you don’t have hundreds of thousands there are other ways to get started.
Look for "boring" cash-flowing assets with a lower barrier of entry. Ie: ATMs, vending machines, or credit card devices.
These businesses don't require as much to start and can generate more cash flow than rental properties.
Focus on growing a boring cash flow business and then use that cash flow to diversify and invest in more assets.
Like rental properties. 😉😉
