While many Fed officials indicated another rate increase could be warranted before year-end, softer inflation readings and calls for additional data have reduced expectations for a rate hike at the Fed's October meeting.

Market Snapshot
🏡 Home Prices: National home values were relatively stable in August, showing a slight 0.1% monthly decline while remaining 1.8% higher than a year ago.
💼 Employment: New unemployment claims remain low by historical standards, signaling a labor market that continues to show resilience.
📈 Bond Markets: Volatility in European bond markets influenced U.S. interest rates, though strong demand for U.S. Treasury bonds helped stabilize yields later in the week.
What to Watch
