This off-market sale came together beautifully, and we are so grateful to have worked alongside an exceptional agent who made the entire process collaborative, seamless, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

While it’s always bittersweet to help our sellers close the chapter on a home filled with memories (don't worry they just moved down the street), we’re equally excited to welcome the new homeowners to the neighborhood. We know they’ll love calling this community home.

Along the way, there were a few unexpected hurdles and even a delay in bringing the home to market, but our amazing sellers stayed the course, and today we are thrilled to celebrate a successful closing.
