We're honored to be featured in the latest issue of Mount Pleasant Magazine for our induction into the All-America City Hall of Fame.

This national recognition celebrates more than an award. It recognizes the power of community engagement and the residents who helped shape the Town's future through our Public Input Matters initiative.

Thank you to everyone who shared their ideas, attended district meetings and engaged to help create a stronger Mount Pleasant. This honor belongs to our entire community.

Charles Pinckney inherited the property from his father in 1782. Snee Farm Plantation was one of Charles Pinckney’s seven plantations. During the Revolutionary War, at age 21, Pinckney was elected to the SC House of Representatives. He also served as a captain in the Charleston Regiment and fought during the siege of Savannah. After the siege of Charleston, Pinckney and other
