Some clients come into your life and leave a little extra sunshine behind. ☀️

From the very first day I met Jennifer, I knew we had a connection. Getting to know her and her son was such a joy! We laughed and certainly saw some interesting homes along the way! We ultimately found THE one close to work, with plenty of space for all of her friends to visit and a backyard built for parties! 🎉

When I think about the wide variety of homes and locations we explored, seeing Jenn land in her new home on “Redeemer” was no coincidence and makes my heart SO happy ❤️.

Jennifer, helping you find a home was a privilege, but getting to know you was the real gift. Here’s to new beginnings, wonderful memories and many more laughs together! 🏡❤️

Big thanks to Kelly Phillips Kelly Phillips | Fairway Home Mortgage for another smooth collaboration from start to finish!

Laura Croft Laura Stanley Croft you were so wonderful to work with and it would be a pleasure to make another match for our clients in the future! 👏🏻

✨ SOLD ✨

Some transactions are memorable because of the home. Others are memorable because of the people. This one was both.

Helping friends who are like family through the sale of this beautiful home has been incredibly meaningful. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully planned and lovingly created, but as we all know, life sometimes has plans of its own.

After plenty of patience, collaboration, problem-solving, and a little trust in the timing of it all, we’re celebrating a sweet ending. My wonderful client is now passing along a home she cherished to a deserving family ready to create their own memories within its walls.

While closing this chapter can be bittersweet, there’s exciting news ahead! My client is beginning a new adventure in a vibrant, social community where she can enjoy a well-deserved season filled with fun, friendship, and new experiences. Thank you, Ruth!

Congratulations to both families on this special transition. Wishing everyone happiness, laughter, and countless wonderful memories in the years ahead. ❤️🏡
