Is Charleston returning to its roots as a fortified city? Possibly. Learn more about the Army Corps’ proposed seawall, which will create a more resilient future for Charleston in the face of sea level rise. The Corps and the city’s project consultants, a team from Waggonner & Ball, which HCF helped to fund, will update City Council during a workshop on Thursday, February 18 from 3 – 5. for details on accessing the workshop, which will be recorded for later viewing.
