We are conducting a sale of personal items due to my uncle’s relocation to a care facility, which necessitates significant downsizing. To manage this transition smoothly, items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. I will be out of town assisting with his move until June 15th. To reserve an item, a deposit is required, which will hold the item for you until my return. At that point, you can view the item and decide whether to proceed with the purchase. Please note that deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed after viewing.
