We are pleased to announce the successful sale of Castle Hills Market, a 97,682 SF neighborhood shopping center located in the heart of North Central San Antonio. The sale was facilitated by John Indelli, Whitney Snell, Chris Gerard, and Ryan West of JLL. 💥👏

ZRP acquired the asset in 2020 and has spent over 4 years adding value to the center through physical property enhancements, prudent leasing, and tenancy upgrades. 🛍️🛒

ZRP spent Wednesday evening watching the Charleston Riverdogs bring home a win 🏆 against the Columbia Fireflies at Joe Riley Stadium ⚾🌭. It was a great evening spent with family, friends, and coworkers. We were able to fit most of the team in the group photo, but those who got cutout (😅) are featured in their own spotlight in the photos following.
