As we saw coming with last week's look-in, the market gave back most of December's gains in median sale price in January.

In fact, price per SF went from $228 in November, to $230 in December, down to $227 in January.

Whether this trend continues into February is yet to be seen, but for now, prices look to be finishing about even for the winter season.
