DAY ONE | Beresford Hall

Today is Day One of something very special.

We’re officially getting started on an incredible new custom home in Beresford Hall, Charleston, SC, set directly along Beresford Creek with its own private dock.

At 6,395 heated square feet and 13,456 total square feet, this will be an impressive home- but what makes this project particularly exciting is the team behind it.

Making progress on the foundation at our newest project in Windermere! 🏗️

Today we’re pumping concrete to fill the foundation cells, officially getting this home out of the ground.

Another exciting custom home is officially underway in the beautiful Windermere subdivision in Charleston! 🎉

This stunning waterfront home will feature 5,447 square feet of custom living space, along with a private pool and dock overlooking Wappoo Creek. We can’t wait to bring this to life and share the progress along the way!
