This closing was a perfect way to close out 2025 (she says as she leaves 4 showings she didn’t have scheduled 24 hrs ago). The perfect team formed for this home; a buyer who works in building code, a lender who has the best communication skills (), a closing attorney who keeps everything clear and on task (Maggie ), a home inspector who provides incredibly detailed home inspection reports (), home insurance you can understand and trust () and an agent on the other side who was clear, kind, and a great representative of her amazing sellers (). Ending this holiday weekend with deep gratitude for the Lowcountry. For the 4 seasons we’re able to explore outdoors. For the local businesses that supply us with unique goods, exemplary culinary skills, and step up when our community is in need. And for my clients, who experience working with me and share my name with their friends and family confidently, knowing I’ll be looking out for their best interests for years to come.
