My journey with Bill and Angela started eight years ago through a referral from one of my Little Gym moms. As first-time homebuyers, they had plenty of questions, but they were so receptive throughout the entire process. We ended up finding a wonderful new home community in West Ashley that fit them perfectly.

Over the years, clients quickly became great friends—from concerts and soccer matches to casual happy hours.

When they called recently to help them transition back to Baltimore, it felt like true full-circle moment. Closing on Friday was bittersweet. I’m thrilled for their next chapter, but knowing how much love and energy they poured into this home made it emotional. We packed up the last few things, shed a quick tear, and toasted with a cold beer in the empty garage.

Can’t wait to visit you both in Baltimore soon. Thank you for the trust, support, and friendship over the years. Cheers, my friends! 🍻✨

It’s been a full week since returning from our adventures in SE Asia—back to work, back to school, and settling back into the life we’ve built here in Charleston.

I absolutely love traveling and experiencing the beauty of the world, but there is something so special about coming home. It’s easy to overlook how incredible this place is simply because it’s our everyday backdrop, but I always try to pause and remember why we chose to call the Lowcountry home. Nearly 8 million people a year spend their time, money, and energy just to visit here for a few days. We truly get to live where others vacation.

Took a long walk on the beach after dropping the girls at school today just to soak that in and appreciate the intentional life we’ve built right here.
