We are officially empty nesters!

And just like that, the high school years are officially in the books. We just dropped our caboose, Peter (pictured in the middle), off at the University of South Carolina, and saying goodbye to an era of packed lunches, early mornings, and a house full of everyday noise.

Peter, we couldn’t be prouder of the young man you’ve become. While the house is going to feel way too quiet without you, we know you are destined for truly great things. The next chapter is going to be your best one yet!

🤔 Did you know that back in the summer of 1934, legendary composer George Gershwin spent his July right down the road, renting a beach shack on Folly Beach?
