🐊 It’s that time of year in the Lowcountry where the sunshine brings out some of our most famous locals. If you’re out walking near the water or hitting the trails this week, you’ll likely spot a few alligators sunbathing along the banks to soak up the spring warmth.

It is such a quintessential part of living here, though it’s always a good reminder to keep a respectful distance and admire them from afar. There is nothing like a Charleston spring to get everyone—including the wildlife—out and enjoying the afternoon sun☀️

Huge congratulations to my clients on closing on their beautiful new townhome! They were among the forward-thinking buyers who saw the potential in this new section of the island when it was nothing but dirt and a blueprint.
