When I walk into your home to help you get it ready to sell, I’m not just looking at square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and upgrades.

I’m looking at how the home feels. 🍋🏡

Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make the biggest difference — moving a piece of furniture a few inches, changing a light fixture, removing one rug, adding the right greenery, swapping out a paint color, styling a shelf differently, or simply letting more natural light into a room.

I’m looking at where a buyer’s eye naturally goes. What feels crowded. What feels dated. What photographs beautifully — and what might distract from everything that’s wonderful about the home.

Yellow ochre is one of the oldest pigments used by humans, appearing in prehistoric art thousands of years ago. And ever since, yellow has carried a rather colorful list of meanings.

Yellow is also the color our eyes notice quickly—which is why, over time, it became a color of attention and caution, too.
