First, I’m a lifelong resident of Mt. Pleasant & Isabella County and know the area very well. Growing up here helps me see and understand Mt. Pleasant and the surrounding communities such as Clare, Midland, Shepherd, Rosebush, Weidman, Lake Isabella, and more, as places where friends, family, and memories are made, and not simply as a place to do business. I take pride in our communities and enjoy helping people buy and sell their properties in those communities and even around the entire State of Michigan.
In addition to my real estate education, I also have earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Sociology and a Master of Science in Administration, both from Central Michigan University. I use this education to help me continually gain understanding of both people and the market we are in. Furthermore, I believe my education helps me to continually be one who learns and grows. The field of real estate is not static and I firmly believe that continued growth and learning is critical for my clients and me to succeed.
I don’t simply want to list a property, I want to market it in a way that provides the best return on investment for my clients. Marketing a property is more than a simple listing on the MLS. While that lets other agents know about it and it places it on other websites like Realtor.com, it does not generate a public interest or word of mouth.
