Charleston Real Estate Agent | Lowcountry Coastal Lifestyle Specialist | Serving buyers, families & relocating clients throughout Charleston & surrounding Lowcountry neighborhoods After a successful career as a multi-million dollar real estate agent in Chicago my family and I made the life-changing decision to trade city streets for cobblestone charm—relocating with my beautiful wife and our beaut

iful, spirited red-headed daughter to the heart of the Lowcountry: Charleston, South Carolina. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating, or investing in a piece of the coast, I offer more than just market knowledge—I bring a personal connection, a sharp eye for value, and an unwavering dedication to your goals. In addition to my local work, I have built a national network assisting medical professionals with relocation and homeownership opportunities, giving my clients access to connections beyond Charleston. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me soaking in the beauty of Charleston with my family—whether it’s walking the historic streets downtown, enjoying time by the water, or discovering local gems together. Real estate is more than a transaction—it's about building a life. Let's find the place where yours begins in the Lowcountry.

Because in Charleston, life happens outside your front door.

Beaches, brunch, history, sunsets—this city doesn’t let you stay inside.

Question is:
Are you just renting the lifestyle… or ready to own part of it? 👀

Many of my posts are geared towards people that are currently living in arctic tundras.

But this one; renters in the Charleston area. Are you ready to have a conversation about making the jump and calling a place HOME?

Let’s connect and find the place that fits best for your lifestyle.

My family and I moved to SC and have never looked back. The weather here is amazing compared to what our friends and family are dealing with back in Chicago.

So what; there are some more bugs and a few months that are hot. I will take that over my face freezing.

When I was 14 and attending a private all boys catholic school downtown, we would turn the corner of a building and get swept away by wind and cold.

You can have it.

Schools were canceled this past Friday because it was so cold.

Lifestyle matters. We went to the beach on ’s birthday this year and it was beautiful. Mind you. That was the first week of January.

Lifestyle.

Think about it 😎. 🌴. 🚤.

Sundays are for Church, Football, but more importantly, open houses!

What do we do when we get to that open house? Have to prep for all the home shoppers that may show up and have a look around for their dream home.

My absolute FAVORITE task since we’ve been down here is opening up the plantation shutters 🪟 Some houses have 40 of them 🤣🤣🤣

Are you hitting up any open houses today? We have a rainy one today so serious buyers only ☺️. Enjoy your Sunday, and Go Bears! 🐻

My family and I moved here from Chicago about a year ago (to the date, actually). We chose Charleston because of the lifestyle, the people, the weather, and most importantly; the beach.

I have been a realtor for 10 years. Prior to entering the real estate world, I was a Chicago police officer. Our team mainly focused on guns and drugs and search warrants. Very rewarding back in the days 👮🏻‍♂️

That was kind of fun- for a while. We made a difference here and there, that’s for sure. But my personality did not really work as an asset in policing. I needed to be out there helping people in another way.

Success came fast and before you know it I was representing roughly 35-45 transactions a year.

I work hard for every one of my clients and treat them as if they were part of my own family.

“Everyone knows a realtor”

Yes, I heard that in Chicago too. People don’t realize that this profession takes a certain type of person to find success in it. It’s not about selling one or two homes a year. Sometimes using your sister’s cousin’s best friend who just got their license is not the best choice in the long run.

If you want to talk more about why we moved here, where we needed up exactly, or market stats… anything that you may have on your mind, let’s connect.

2026 is looking to be a big year for real estate. Let’s get this conversation started.

If you have been following me for the past 365 days or so; you have come along with my family on our move from the Windy City to the Lowcountry. We traded in our snow boots for sun glasses and have certainly enjoyed the transition. Have questions? Want to know how it is to live down here? The pluses ➕, the minuses ➖, or just want to talk logistics. Shoot me a DM and let’s get the conversation started. Many have already reached out- but for those that are curious….. you know where to find me 😎

And just like that…. (Isn’t that what the young kids used to say?) 2025 is behind us and the rest of our lives are ahead. We had a great year! It was a BIG move from the Midwest but we have been settling in and it has been a new adventures every day. The friends we have met both in the neighborhood and throughout Charleston, a new church and pre school that we love, and most importantly; being outside pretty much every day. The sun shines 230 days a year here. That might just be our favorite part 😎. Happy New Year, most importantly to my WAY better half and our lil’ tiny dancer. 👩‍🦰 we are gonna make 2026 a good one 🙏🏻.
