🍎📚 First Day of School 2026! 📚🍎

And just like that… Millie is off to 3rd grade, and Colton is starting his SENIOR year of high school! 🥹❤️

I’m not quite sure how we got here so fast. It feels like I blinked, and my babies grew up. One still has so many school years ahead of her, while the other is beginning his very last first day of high school. 😭

I am so incredibly proud of both of them and the amazing people they are becoming. They each have their own personalities, strengths, dreams, and paths ahead of them, and being their mom is truly one of the greatest blessings of my life.

My prayer for this school year is that they both have an amazing year filled with lots of laughter, great friends, unforgettable memories, new adventures, confidence, growth, and so much happiness. I pray they are surrounded by people who encourage them, teachers who inspire them, and friends who make the ordinary days some of the ones they’ll remember forever.

Millie, I hope 3rd grade is full of fun, learning, laughter, and all the little moments that make being a kid so special. 💕

Colton, soak up every single minute of your senior year. The football games, the friendships, the laughs, the traditions, the lasts, and everything in between. This year will go faster than you think, and I hope you make memories you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life. 🎓❤️

I love you both more than you will ever know, and I couldn’t be more proud to be your mom.

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Today, I’m incredibly proud to be an American.

For 250 years, this nation has stood as a symbol of freedom, opportunity, courage, and hope. I’m deeply grateful to the brave men and women who fought—and continue to fight—to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

I’m also thankful for our Founding Fathers, whose vision, faith, and courage inspired them to dream of something greater. They believed people deserved the opportunity to live free, govern themselves, and pursue a better future. Because of their sacrifices and determination, generations of Americans have had the chance to chase their own dreams.

May we never take these blessings for granted. Here’s to honoring our past, appreciating our present, and working together to leave an even stronger America for future generations.

we celebrate Carolina Day and the 250th anniversary of one of South Carolina’s proudest moments.

On June 28, 1776, a small group of courageous patriots successfully defended Sullivan’s Island against the British Royal Navy during the Battle of Sullivan’s Island. Their victory helped inspire the fight for American independence and became a defining moment in South Carolina’s history.

As we celebrate 250 years, let’s honor the bravery, resilience, and spirit that helped shape our state and our nation.

Happy Birthday to my girl, Destiny! ❤️

It’s hard to believe we’ve been friends since Colton was about two years old and decided to “claim” you at daycare. From that moment on, our lives became intertwined, and what started as a friendship turned into something so much more.

We’ve watched our kids grow up together, shared countless memories, celebrated milestones, and been there through all the seasons of life. Rowan and I even share a birthday, which somehow made our connection even stronger. At this point, we’re basically family without sharing the same blood.

I love you, I miss you, and I’m so grateful for all the years of friendship, laughter, support, and memories we’ve shared. I hope today is filled with all the love, joy, and happiness you deserve.

Today I’m remembering my grandpa, Harold Williamson 🇺🇸✈️ — a proud Air Force veteran who served our country during the Korean War. I was always told he was also a POW, and I carry so much respect, admiration, and gratitude for what he endured and the sacrifice he made in service to our nation. ❤️

I’m incredibly thankful for him, for his bravery, and for every man and woman who has fought for our freedoms — especially those who gave their lives so we can live free every day. 🙏🇺🇸

I’m also deeply grateful for all of our active military who continue to stand watch, protect us, and keep this country safe. Your service and sacrifice do not go unnoticed. 💙

Today is a reminder of just how blessed we are. Freedom is never free — and it has been paid for by heroes like my grandpa and so many others. ❤️🤍💙

Forever grateful. Forever remembering. 🇺🇸✨
