You will
- Respond to resident service requests as received
- Inspect and help coordinate all make-ready and services. Assist make-ready staffed required to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accuraterecords for preventative maintenance, service requests, make ready status.
- Move appliances, equipment, abandoned furniture, etc. when necessary.
- Keep all safety materials current and readily available.
- Diagnose and preform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.

- HVAC certification a plus
