What are your thoughts on the status of the real estate market? I was speaking to a colleague and I was shocked to see so many homes available, finally, in Mount Pleasant and James Island. There were 53 (MP) and 48 (JI)active listings which I haven’t seen such a high number in over a year.. I’ve been hearing of a slowdown and I will be curious to see what the next couple of months bring.

I’ve always thought I was a hard worker but these past several months have shown me that I can work even harder. I have been busting my tail at all hours, 7 days a week. And I’m so happy to do it! I started my morning with a wonderful closing and I am ending the night with a listing and getting the home under contract shortly after. This charming home was not going to last long. I’m excited for these sellers!! And these folks too have bought a fixer upper that I’m going to work on! 🙌🏻 happy Monday friends! @ Charleston, South Carolina
