So excited for these clients as they officially close on their new home here in the Lowcountry.

They traveled from Virginia for a whirlwind house-hunting trip, and after a full few days of showings, we found the one in Moncks Corner. Now it’s officially theirs.

Luke and Emilee are relocating for Luke’s role in the Navy, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of this exciting transition.

Huge thanks to Daniel with Certainty Home Lending for taking great care of them throughout the process, even if a runaway load of hay and Lowcountry traffic kept him from making the closing in person.

So happy for them and excited to see them settle into their new home.

Saturday’s Catch the Leprechaun 5K was such a fun morning, and I had the best running partner!

Maximo kept me going the entire time with high fives, encouragement, and plenty of motivation to pick up the pace. His energy was contagious and made the whole experience even more special.

Running with Racers for Pacers is always a reminder that the best part of race day isn’t just crossing the finish line. It’s the people you meet and the encouragement you share along the way.

Maximo definitely made this one a great morning.

So excited for these clients relocating to the Lowcountry with the Navy!

Racers for Pacers provides racing chairs so individuals with disabilities can experience the thrill of race day and crossing the finish line. It’s an incredible organization, and this event helps support that mission.
